FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you deliver anywhere in the UK ? - We deliver to the vast majority of the UK including Northern Ireland and some of the islands. If you are trying to order from us and find that we do not have a default delivery price to your location, please contact us and we will endeavour to do our best to help you.
What if there is an item that I want which is not listed ? - We are an ambitious company and we are always striving to please. If there is something which we do not list please contact us as soon as you can and we will do everything we can to acquire it for you.
Do you need a deposit ? - We require a 25% deposit in order to secure the booking on the date in which you would like to hire the equipment. The balance payment plus a 25% refundable bond is payable one month before the event date. If booking for a date less than one calendar month away, you will need to pay in full upon booking.
What if something is missing or broken ? - We are very experienced packagers, we are very meticulous, and have multiple people check the order before it is sent because we know how important it is to you that and everything runs smoothly. However, whilst we almost always get it right it is naïve to think that we will never have any issues. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and it is how we cope with those issues that we think makes us great. We do ask that you check your order as soon as it arrives so if something is broken or missing, we have maximum time to get it to you.
How do I pay ? - You are able to book your date and pay the 25% deposit to secure the order on our website by clicking ‘my basket’ and following the prompts. This default method is payment via PayPal. We also accept credit card payments.
Can I track my order ? - Yes we can track your order every step of the way. If you would like to know what stage your order is at, please just be in touch and we will be happy to let you know.
How is my order delivered and collected ? - With the exception of large furniture, hire items are delivered/collected by courier to an address confirmed by you.
What if I change my mind ? - We will do everything we can to assist you if you change your mind. The more time we have, the better the result.
What if we break or damage an item which we have hired from you ? - If an item which you hired from us is lost, damaged or broken unfortunately you will have to pay for the full replacement cost of that item. We are very up front and open about our replacement costs, and they can be found in the product description for every hire item listed.
